MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM IN MALAYSIA
We have developed a web-based application using the PHP Zend framework that is used to manage trouble ticket requirement for organizations of varying sizes. A very intuitive look-n-feel combined with strong backend functionality makes it a powerful application for any organization. The application has a interface for a system administrator and separate cut-down versions for customers to login and issue tickets. Tickets can be entered manually or can also be pulled in automatically from any POP account.
